I closed out my 2018 ski season with my nephew and a high school friend during a visit to Lake Tahoe. Nice and warm, with good snow cover. Beautiful first day at Squaw Valley, but then storm clouds and wind rolled in on visits to Alpine Meadows, Heavenly Valley and Northstar. Changeable weather is to be expected in April...
Continued to experiment with my Olympus TG-5, taking several nice panoramas. While the panorama stitching worked well, there is no way to set a fixed ISO and white balance in panorama mode, resulting in some noticeable lighting changes across the frame. Still, was quite pleased with the results, which are a big step up from my old Nikon AW100.
