I just returned from several weeks in France visiting friends and family. Fairly chilly weather — high in 60’s on most days, clouds, rain, wind.
This made for some interesting (and challenging) lighting conditions in the deep valleys of the Dordogne region, where I spent a week. There were, however, a few days of beautiful blue skies, and I took full advantage of them from a photo standpoint.
Dordogne offers beautiful historical locations filled with flowers, gardens, châteaux and caves. Oh, and did I forget to mention excellent food?
Here is a sampling of some of the images from the region.
